Gedling Country Park – Art Competition
2020

Picture

The Friends of Gedling Country Park with support from Gedling Borough Council are holding an art competition for visitors to the park.

Gedling Country Park is 580 acres of open space, footpaths and wildlife with stunning views over the surrounding area, space to enjoy the outdoors, opportunities for exercise, activities and exploring the natural landscape.

The competition aims to encourage visitors to explore their creative skills and learn more about the natural history of Gedling Country Park.

Submissions can be in any media apart from photography, but must take inspiration from Gedling Country Park; its history and heritage, wildlife, plant life, the activities on the park or the overall landscape.

As well as 2D entries we will accept 3D entries in all categories including models, small sculptures, or maquettes in any material
